I think that the reason why John 20:28 is important, is because it shows us that there are people who don't have very much faith. They won't believe something unless they can not just see the proof, but touch it as well. I think the reason for Jesus saying "blessed are those who haven't seen me but will believe anyway" is that he is going back to heaven and no one will see him again for a long time. If no one believed in him because they couldn't see him, that would be bad. It means that they couldn't be saved.  So he had to say that for the people like Thomas that won't believe that he is alive again until they have touched him. It gives us an example of how we should be as well as an example of how we shouldn't be.

2) The first benefit Jesus prays for is That the people can have eternal life, the second benefit is that the people will know God.

1)He led them to the garden.

2) Judas knew Jesus would be in the garden, because Jesus often went there.

3)Jesus knew all things that would come upon him, so he was not surprised when Judas found him.

4)When Jesus said who he was, everyone drew back and fell to the ground.

5) Jesus requested that peter put his sword away.

6) Jesus responded by telling peter to put his sword away, then he healed the man that peter hurt.

7) The officer struck Jesus because he didn't like the way he answered the high priest.

8) Peter told the person who kept the door that he was not one of Jesus disciples.

9)Peter was warming by the fire when someone asked him if he was a disciple of Jesus.

Esters

lab 9.4  William philip
In this lab we synthesized esters.
we started off with a small test tube, we added 5ml of ethanol and then we added 6ml of acetic acid.
After we mixed the ethanol and the acetic acid we added 10 drops of sulfuric acid, the sulfuric acid acted as a catalyst to the reaction.
Then we set up a beaker full of water on a hot plate and waited for it to boil, after it had started to boil we clamped the test tube to a ring stand and lowered the test tube into the hot water, we put a small beaker over the test tube to keep it from overflowing into the water.
After about 10 minutes in the hot water we took out the test tube and put it in another beaker full of cold water to cool it off.
After the test tube had cooled off we diluted the ester with 30ml of water and then smelled it.
The ester smelled just like acetone in nail polish remover.

1) Mary saw that the stone that was blocking the entrance to the tomb had been moved
2) Simon was the first one who entered the tomb and believed, john was the one who first arrived at the tomb.
3)The disciples were not prepared, Jesus tried to tell him many times but they ware still surprised.
4) Mary thought that they had taken Jesus body away.
5)Jesus appeared to mary and told her that he was going to ascend to heaven and be with his father.
6) Mary ran and told all of the disciples that she had seen the lord. then Jesus appeared to his disciples and said "peace be with you", then he showed them his hands and his side.
7) Thomas did not believe unless he could touch Jesus hands and put his hand on Jesus side.

forensic chemist

The forensic specialist I chose is the forensic chemist. I will be comparing what forensic chemistry is like in real life wih what it is like in the tv show fringe.
